Charlie and Denise: Baby No. 3?

CHARLIE SHEEN spoke exclusively with Entertainment Tonight's MARK STEINES about his new custody battle with ex DENISE RICHARDS for their young daughters SAM, 3, and LOLA, 2.

Now, despite their bitter feud, the "Two and a Half Men" star says that Denise has, amazingly, asked him to help her have a third child -- as the biological father.

"There was a request for a donation," says Charlie. "Without getting into it here ... there is a specific document relating to this that I am going to reserve for a court."

Would Charlie, who recently announced his engagement to girlfriend BROOKE MUELLER, consider the possibility?

"I would sooner, in exactly what I'm wearing, walk on the surface of the moon," he proclaims. "Does that answer it?"

According to a published report, Denise has said that the story is absolutely not true. But Charlie counters, "She can make every claim in the world. But what she stated in something she wrote would completely and totally defy that."

Charlie's current legal situation prevents him and Brooke from hiring their own child care for the girls; Denise's nanny is there during visits.

"The baffling essence of this is that if I'm good enough to, as it were, provide my DNA, I should surely be good enough to hire my own child care provider," he says.

Charlie also weighs in on a published report that claims Denise sent flowers to Brooke when she and Charlie became engaged.

"What I find curious and somewhat amusing is that the press knew she sent flowers before they arrived," he says.

Despite the legal issues, this is a great time for Charlie. He's enjoying the eight days a month he gets to spend with his daughters; both he and his hit CBS show, "Two and a Half Men," are up for Emmys; and he shares it all with his new fiancee, Brooke.

"The thing that I'm most excited about is my recent engagement," he says. "That's what matters the most, obviously. The work stuff is important and it's fun. But at the end of the day it's about having a real partner at the end of the day to travel this journey with, you know? She's just easy, and loving, and smart, and if everybody was just as happy to see me when I walk through a door as her, my life would be perfect."
