Joel Madden: Nicole Richie and I won’t marry any time soon
Joel Madden has said he and fiancee Nicole Richie are still concentrating on their daughter Harlow rather than thinking about their wedding.
The couple were rumoured to be planning to marry last summer then autumn after Nicole confirmed her pregnancy in July but then postponed the date until after Harlow was born in January.
However now Joel has said they’re still postponing it and won’t marry “any time soon”.
He told Us Weekly that he’s currently more interested in helping four month old Harlow celebrate her first Mother’s Day, which is this weekend in the US: “I don’t have any [plans] yet but I’m going to plan something special.”
“[Nicole] is a great mom. She is super mom!”
He added that Harlow is doing well too and, perhaps unsurprisingly considering her heritage, she is a big fan of music: “We turn music on and she can’t stand yet but she definitely tries to dance and move to the beat even though she’s not standing or walking.”
